Processing of Orders
Once we receive your order it will enter into our production process to be lovingly crafted by our team inline with the personalised design choices you have selected. As we are sure you’ll appreciate, due to the handmade nature of our product range the time frame for completing your order may vary slightly subject to levels of demand at particular points in time. However, below is a breakdown of typical lead times for dispatch of our various products.
Wooden Beds
Typical processing time for production, painting and finishing of wooden beds – 21 days.
Cushion Beds / Burrow Beds / Donut Beds / Hideaway Beds
Typical processing time for production, personalisation, sewing and finishing – 12 working days.
Scatter Cushions
Typical processing time for production, sewing and finishing – 14 days.
Dog Blanket & Pillow Sets
Typical processing time for production, sewing and finishing – 7 working days
Dispatch of Completed Orders
Once we have completed the production of your order it will securely packaged before being assigned for dispatch at the earliest opportunity. We will notify you when your order reaches this stage providing an anticipated date for delivery. All items to be delivered will be dispatched on a single shipment.
Delivery Times
Our goods are delivered using a selection of leading couriers subject to order specifics. Larger orders may be delivered as palletised shipments where required. All deliveries are dispatched on a 48 hour delivery basis and are to be signed for on reciept.
Delivery Costs
Our delivery costs are included on orders over £50. There are no additional costs to pay. We like to keep things simple. For orders under £50 the delivery cost is £2.99.
